64 戒毒服務 Drug Rehabilitation Service 香港賽馬會社區資助計劃 – 綠洲計劃 HKJC Community Project Grant – Project OASIS 服務數據 Service Data 「 香港賽馬會社區資助計劃 – 綠 洲計劃 」透過藥物治療及社區為 本的跨專業戒毒輔導模式，為有 志戒除毒癮之藥物濫用者提供 專業戒毒康復服務，以戒除毒癖 及不良習慣。 本計劃亦提供完善之善後跟進 服務，為已完成脫癮治療之戒毒 人士提供個案輔導、就業和康樂 等有助保持毒品操守之服務，重 整生活及改善家庭和人際關係， 發展個人潛能。此外，計劃設有 持社會福利署「藥物倚賴者治療 中心」牌照的善後康復宿舍，為 居住環境不利戒毒康復人士提 供短期的住宿服務。白普理綠洲 宿舍提供 16 個男性短期宿位，而 在白普理綠洲宿舍康復進展理 想而仍有住宿需要之服務使用 者，可申請安排入住短期支援宿 舍 — 自力（綠洲）宿舍，以協助其 重返社區之進程。 “ The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant – Project OASIS ” provides comprehensive community-based professional drug rehabilitation and recovery services for substance abusers who are determined to withdraw from drug addiction and eliminate their bad habits. The Project also provides comprehensive aftercare services for drug users who have completed withdrawal treatment. The services include case counselling, employment guidance, and recreational services to help service users to rebuild their drug- free lives, improve their family and interpersonal relationships, and develop their potential. In addition, the Project’s aftercare hostels, licensed under “Drug Dependent Persons Treatment and Rehabilitation Centres (Licensing) Ordinance”, provide short-term accommodation services for drug users who do not have a favourable living environment to pursue their rehabilitation journey. The Bradbury Oasis Hostel provides 16 short-term accommodation places for male service users. Those who have rehabilitated well in Bradbury Oasis Hostel but still have residential needs can apply for short-term supportive placement in Chi Lik Oasis Hostel, to facilitate their reintegration into independent living in the community.
