67 「齊來老友鬼鬼」 — 朋輩團隊支援隱蔽濫藥者計劃 "Buddies' Hub" — Peer-in-a-Team Support Service on Hidden Drug Users 服務數據 Service Data 「 齊來老友鬼鬼 」 – 朋輩團隊支援 隱蔽濫藥者計劃由禁毒基金資 助，旨在於二零二二年五月至二 零二五年四月期間，透過社工及 朋輩支援員之協作，為曾濫藥人 士及活躍濫藥人士提供一系列高 度參與性及身份轉化的活動及培 訓。 “ Buddies’ Hub ” – The Peer-in-a-Team Support Service for Hidden Drug Users is a territory-wide project supported by the Beat Drugs Fund, covering the period from May 2022 to April 2025. A series of participatory and transformative activities and training are provided for ex-drug and active drug users through the co- work between social workers and peer supporters.
