While the business had got on track, SoBakery not only provided the local community with bread bakery products, different food meals and mooncakes, but also offered outside catering services for corporates and organisations. A total transaction amount of HK$1,693,194. It had provided 15 employment and training opportunities to ex- offenders and others underprivileged.
