計劃於 2020-2025 年為曾違法及院所青年提供生涯發展介入 ， 累計受惠人數達 2,509 人 。 計劃也於社區層面為離 開院所的青年提供生涯小組及個人面談 ， 為承托重回社會時所面對的生涯挑戰 ， 為其提供適切的支援 。 CLAP@JC implemented from 2020 to 2025, provided career development interventions for youth with offending backgrounds and those in correctional institutions, cumulatively benefiting 2,509 individuals.
