| ﾠ過渡性房屋計劃 － 紅墈 「 善滙 」 ﾠ | ﾠ Transitional Housing Project － Hung Hom “Good Mansion” ﾠ | 年度重點ﾠ HIGHLIGHTS OF THE YEAR 實踐 H.O.M.E. 服務模式 促進居民 全人發展 過渡性房屋項目 「 善匯 」 於二零二四年八月入伙 ， 為 491 戶居民提供安穩的居所 。 以 「 H.O.M.E. 」 服 務模式 ， 協助住戶在居住期間提升生活技能 ， 積 極拓展住戶向上流動的機會 ， 其中就著 H － 健康 (Health) ， 善匯團隊於屋苑內推行婦女瑜伽班 、 晨操 八段錦 、 痛症香薰治療及健康檢查等活動 ， 培養住 戶實踐健康生活管理方式 。 另外為了讓住戶盡快適應新的生活環境 ， 就著 「 E － 與人連結 」 (Engaging people) 的目標 ， 舉辦居民 大會讓居民參與 「 善匯 」 的管理 ， 增強歸屬感 。 同 時 ， 建立 「 善匯親善大使 」、「 媽媽匯 」 等居民互助 小組 ， 提升社區連繫 ； 並通過多元化活動及居民互 助小組和服務分享會 ， 吸引不同年齡和家庭結構 的住戶 ， 促進建立鄰里支援網路 。 H.O.M. E . Mode l f o r Ho l i s t i c Res i den t Development Transitional Housing Project “Good Mansion” successfully commenced operation in August 2024, offering stable accommodation to 491 households. Through the “H.O.M.E.” service model, the project focuses on enhancing residents’ life skills and fostering upward mobility. Under the “H” (Health) component, initiatives such as women’s yoga classes, morning Baduanjin exercises, aromatherapy for pain relief, and health check-ups were introduced to encourage the practice of healthy lifestyle management. To help residents adapt quickly to their new living environment, the “E–Engaging People” component has facilitated resident meetings, enabling participation in the management of “Good Mansion” and strengthening a sense of belonging. Mutual-support groups such as the “Good Mansion Community Ambassadors” and “Mama Hub” have also been established to enhance community connections.
