Enhancing Sense of Belonging and Well-being • 90% of participants in mutual aid groups, such as ‘ Community Ambassadors ’ and ‘ Mama Hub, ’ reported reduced feelings of isolation and caregiving stress, particularly among single-parent families and individuals living alone.
