| ﾠ甦屋 2.0 ﾠ | ﾠ So Uk 2.0 ﾠ | 年度重點ﾠ HIGHLIGHTS OF THE YEAR 「 甦屋 2.0 」 自計劃開展以來至二零二五年三月曾 為 46 位獨居人士提供過渡性住宿服務 ， 該計劃以 推動跨代共融及模擬家庭支援網絡為宗旨 ， 二零 二四至二零二五年度平均入住率達 85% ， 當中包括 包括九位青年 、 九位中年及三位長者 ； 有四名服務 使用者成功遷往過渡性房屋及私人樓宇 ， 達成在 社區獨立生活的目標 。 From the time the project was officially launched until March 2025, “So Uk” 2.0 provided an affordable and safe transitional accommodation to 46 singletons with disadvantaged background. The project is promoting cross-generational integration and family- like support network, in 2024 to 2025 it achieved an average 85% occupancy rate, including 9 out-of-home youths, 9 middle-aged and 3 elders. In addition, 4 service users achieved independent living by moving to Transitional housing and private units. 服務成效 SERVICE IMPACTS 65% 的 「 甦屋 2.0 」 住客是更生人士 背景 ， 計劃提供了穩定的居所和良好 的居住環境給他們 ， 對他們的更生康 復帶來有利的條件 ， 他們居住了一年 至五年不等 ， 期間沒有重犯 ， 建立了 穩定的生活 、 就業及儲蓄習慣 。 65% residents “So Uk” 2.0 come from backgrounds of social rehabilitation. This project provides them stable housing and a supportive living environment, which significantly assists their reintegration and rehabilitation. They have been living there for one to five years.
