By the second quarter of 2026, we expect 75% of employees to possess the confidence and capability to embrace and adapt to organisational transformation, becoming drivers and practitioners of cultural change. We will continue to invest in talent development, establishing clear career pathways and learning platforms so that every employee can find space to grow and contribute meaningfully at SideBySide, working together to advance a society where ‘everyone deserves to belong’.
