| 綜合更生康復服務 | INTEGRATED SERVICE FOR EX-OFFENDERS | | ﾠ社會康復及支援綜合服務中心ﾠ | ﾠ Integrated Service Centre for Social Rehabilitation & Community Support ﾠ | 年度重點ﾠ HIGHLIGHTS OF THE YEAR 善青平台 ： 助力青年再展人生路 本會透過設立 「 善青 」 青年平台 ， 致力為青少 年提供生涯發展及社會融入支援 。 本年度已 吸引逾 130 人參與 ， 並於 2025 年 1 月成功舉辦 首次賀年燒烤活動 ， 吸引 25 位青年及其家人 參加 ， 促進彼此交流與聯繫 。 平台鼓勵青年自 主籌劃多元活動 ， 涵蓋職涯探索 、 情感支援 、 興趣發展及社區參與等範疇 ， 以助他們發揮 潛能 ， 積極回饋社會 。 年青人透過燒烤活動互相交流 ， 增加彼此之間的連繫 Young people connected and strengthened their bonds with one another through a barbecue activity 守護成長 ： 弱勢兒童品德與正向發 展 本會定期舉辦 「 守護者計劃 」， 邀請弱勢兒童繪畫 心中的守護天使 ， 由服務使用者與社區義工攜手 把弱勢兒童繪畫而成的畫作製作成獨一無二的公 仔 ， 以支持兒童正面成長及品德培育 。 今年共舉辦 23 次活動 ， 惠及 131 名兒童 。 YOUthCan Platform: Helping Youth Rebuild Their Lives The agency has launched the “YOUthCan” platform to provide comprehensive social reintegration and career development services for young people. This year, the platform engaged over 130 participants and successfully hosted its inaugural New Year barbecue event in January 2025, with 25 young people and their family members, to foster meaningful connections and peer interaction. The platform empowers youth to design and lead a variety of activities, services, and courses encompassing career exploration, emotional support, skill development, and community engagement. Through these initiatives, the platform helps young people realise their potential and encourage them to actively contribute to society. Guardianship of Growth: Moral Development and Positive Growth for Underprivileged Children The agency regularly organises the “My Shield Angel”, inviting underprivileged children to illustrate their vision of shield angels. Service users and community volunteers work together to transform these drawings into one-of-a-kind figurines to support children’s positive growth and their moral development.
