SERVICES FOR FAMILY MEMBERS OF ARRESTEES, REMANDED, PERSONS IN CUSTODY, AND EX-OFFENDERS / | ᅠ藍巴士賽馬會結伴成長計劃ᅠ | ᅠ Blue Bus Jockey Club Together We Grow Project ᅠ | 「 藍巴士賽馬會結伴成長計劃 」 獲香港賽馬會 慈善信託基金捐助 , 專為全港 18 歲以下 、 因父 母涉及刑事司法程序而面臨困境的兒童與青 少年提供支援 。 據統計 , 有百分之四十八服務對象的父母在 入獄前為其主要照顧者 。 這些兒童及青少年 中 , 曾經歷與被監禁父母同住者佔百分之 七十五 , 目睹父母被捕者佔百分之十六 , 並有 百分之三曾遭受虐待 。 本年度 , 計劃持續與政策制定者及相關持份 者緊密合作 , 積極倡導並重視兒童及青少年 的需求與權利 , 致力提升業界對該群體的關 注與服務水準 。 「 藍巴士 」 團隊與香港大學教授們於上海复旦大學分享本 計劃的服務成效 BBJC team shared our service impacts at Fudan University in Shanghai The “Blue Bus Jockey Club Together We Grow Project” (BBJC), funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, provides support to children and teenagers under the age of 18 across Hong Kong who are facing difficulties due to parental involvement in the criminal justice system. Statistics show that 48% of the served individuals had parents who were their primary caregivers before imprisonment. Among these children and adolescents, 75% had lived with a parent prior to their incarceration, 16% had witnessed a parent’s arrest, and 3% had experienced abuse.
